Prioritize Your Mental Health

Rucksack Counselling, located in South Surrey, offers mental health services primarily for men aged 13 and older. Utilizing a bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach combined with evidence-based practices, the service addresses issues such as addictions, anger, anxiety, depression, life transitions, panic attacks, relational conflict, and trauma. Founded by Caleb Chang, a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with a master's degree in counselling psychology from Trinity Western University, Rucksack provides both in-person and online sessions. Individual therapy is priced at $150 per hour, with special packages available to enhance accessibility. Couples and families can only attend in-person sessions.
